Before you go
Right now
Check your email. Your receipt and the studio address are on their way. If nothing lands in five minutes, look in spam before you get in touch.
Day before
We'll text you a reminder. Reply to it if you're carrying an injury or anything we should train around — the coach will scale the session for you.
On the night
Arrive 15 minutes early. That's time to wrap your hands, meet your coach and get shown around before the bell.
What to bring
Gloves and wraps are lent free for your first class. Buy your own later, once you know you like it.
Never boxed before? Neither had anyone else in the room on their first night. Every class is non-contact and scaled to whatever fitness you walk in with. Bag work, pads, and conditioning — no sparring, no experience needed.
